Forfar v Albion Rovers match preview

Category : Latest News

For Rovers manager Brian Kerr and his players, this afternoon’s match against Forfar can’t come quickly enough.
The Rovers boss said: ‘It has been a tough week for the club, but we can’t wait to get back in action and do our best to get everyone feeling positive again.
‘The desire to get last Saturday’s derby defeat out of our system has been visible in training all week’.
The Rovers boss knows from experience that Station Park is not an easy place to go. But he hopes the pitch will suit Rovers style of play and that the team can give the supporters something to be upbeat about again.
Rovers have no long term injury worries, but a couple of players may have to face a late fitness test.
Kerr issued the following rallying cry to Rovers fans: ‘Our travelling support has been excellent this season, and I would ask the supporters who make the journey to get behind the boys once again and push them on to victory’.
