Congratulation to Rovers Boss Brian Kerr who won Ladbrokes League 1 Manager of the Month.
Albion Rovers boss Brian Kerr has been voted Ladbrokes League 1 Manager of the Month for September.
The 35-year-old ex-Scotland midfielder took over from Darren Young in the summer and has guided the Coatbridge club to third place in the table.
Rovers racked up big away wins at Arbroath (4-1) and Alloa Athletic (5-2) and also ended the unbeaten run of leaders Raith Rovers, with a 2-1 triumph at Cliftonhill.
Their only setback was at home to Stranraer but they have a 100% record on their travels this season and face East Fife at Bayview in their next game on October 14.

Thoroughly deserved win for the ROVERS puts us 3rd in the league. Our 1st home win against top of the league full time Raith Rovers. Another couple of goals for our forward two: Trouten and Shields. Shields hitting an absolute peach into the top corner from the edge of the box.
