“I’m raging, gutted, everything all rolled into one, but if I’m honest I can’t really fault the players. I can’t fault them for the way they played, the work-rate, the desire, chances created, only thing we can complain about is not taking our chances which has, at times, been a problem for us all season.”

“We scored a great first goal, big John Gemmell getting on the end of a cross from Scott McBride and it was a great finish from John, At half-time it should really have been game over as far as I’m concerned, albeit they did hit the top of the bar from a free-kick, but, in our eyes, we should’ve won it. It’s shown us that if you don’t take your chances then it can come back to bite you.”

“Two crosses have just killed it for us, but these things are going to happen. We’ve played worse throughout the season and we’ve picked up points. We’ve still got two games in hand and hopefully we can take the six points available from them.”

“The boys will pick themselves back up, they’re down, they’re gutted but we’ll come back into training on Tuesday and work on our finishing, but if I’m honest I can’t really fault their effort in the match, it’s just one of those games that we’ve got to take on the chin, move on and we’ll come back a stronger team for it.”
